Bring on the next one! No, I mean the next next one...

So they announced Crossfit WOD 12.2 today and here it is...

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:


30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M210 / F 120 lbs)

Are you freakin' kidding me??? My 1RM is 125 so put me down for 30 and I'll do something else that day. However,  I did get a copy of the WOD ideas that the judges thought were "too easy" for the second workout. Here they are:

Idea 1
AMRAP for 10 mins
30  - deadlifts at 600 lbs.
30  - 60" box jumps
30 - Rope climbs using only your teeth and feet


Idea 2
AMRAP for 10 mins
30 - secs consecutive without me being sarcastic
30 - secs consecutive without Regina cussing
30 - Nut kicks

Already looking forward to 12.3........
