Q&A

Doing Crossfit takes a lot of commitment in time and effort that most people just aren't willing or able to put in. Occasionally one of these people will ask you "What are you training so hard for?" You should always try to have a few answers handy. Here are some to get you started....
  • I'm a ninja...
  • Sidekick for Batman. He gets pissed if I'm out of shape....
  • My Playgirl centerfold. The burpees are really getting my junk in shape.... (Note: if you are a girl and do not have "junk" you can substitute any funny word you want such as clam, love taco, camel toe, or moose knuckle. You also have to sub Playboy but that should go without saying)
  • The zombie apocalypse. (This is more effective if you can tackle an old person immediately after saying it)
  • Starting QB for the Browns. I can't be any worse...
  • My swingers club. It's sado-masochist week...
  • I don't know. I just do what the voices tell me to...
If none of those work for you then just drop and start doing burpees. They won't know what the hell you are doing and will just walk away.
