This was brutal. I have seen this workout 2x before in a similar fashion but this is the first time I have RX'd it. It felt like it took forever and according to Travis, we all had a "dejected" look on our faces once we finished the wall climbs and started back up the ladder. One of the many things I have learned over the last 10 months is how to pace myself so I don't burn out too quickly. I break every move up into small segments instead of looking at the clock. It keeps me from getting too winded and trust me, if you can't breath, you can't finish. I probably could have gone a little faster but I feel like I am fighting a head cold so I did what I could. Also the 95# on the snatch is heavy for 2 sets of 20 with 10 Wall Climbs between. It murdered my shoulders and I was just happy to get thru that segment without smacking myself with the bar. All in all, once I finished, I was right there with everyone else and in a long WOD that's usually th best you can ask for.
