and let there be a day of rest....
Ok. The photo's a little crude but this is basically how I feel about rest day. I LOVE IT! This has been a tough couple of days on my arms and I am ready for some time off. I'm gonna enjoy it and use that time to decide if I am doing 12.3 on Friday or Saturday (or both). I suspect I'll do Saturday but we'll see how I feel. My elbow is a little tender after all the Thrusters and Push Presses this week and I don't want to injure anything. Some people tend to still get in "light" work on rest days. Not me! I like to recoup and get my body back together. I don't know if I'm lazy or smart but it works for me. With that said, there are a few things I do when I am out of the gym......
REST DAY WODs
3 rounds of Pillow hugs for time
10 min AMRAP
3 Twinkie Snatches
6 Oreo Dunks
9oz Chocolate Milk Chug
1 round for time
1 Couch Sit
2 Feet Props
1 hand in pants
2 kids bringing me whatever I request from the fridge
