Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs)
30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs)
Max Rep Snatch (M210 / F 120 lbs)
Now prior to today my 1 rep max was 125 lbs so getting 135 seems like an impossible task. To give you a point of reference, here is my progress on the Snatch lift since I started Crossfit.

Aug 1, 2011 110lbs
Feb 10, 2012 125lbs
Today, with the help of Coach Joe aka Captain America, I got 135lbs 3x. I am super excited since that is three more than I anticipated. I knew I would blow thru the 75lb set without an issue but the jump to 135 seemed like it might as well have been 200. I got it on the 3rd attempt after some tips from Joe and then the impossible seemed not so hard.
