One WOD left....

So WOD 12.5 has been announced. .

Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes following the rep scheme below:
3 Barbell Thrusters [100lbs]
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
6 Barbell Thrusters
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
9 Barbell Thrusters
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
12 Barbell Thrusters
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups
15 Barbell Thrusters
15 Chest to bar Pull-ups
18 Barbell Thrusters
18 Chest to bar Pull-ups
21 Barbell Thrusters
21 Chest to bar Pull-ups...
This is a timed workout. If you complete the round of 21, go on to 24. If you complete 24, go on to 27, etc.

I am sooooo excited that I get to do more Thrusters after doing 72 of them on Tuesday. Yeaaaaa meeee! Did you catch the sarcasm there? It's hard to convey sarcasm in a blog. The Thruster weight will be 15 lbs lighter than Tuesday so I guess I have that going for me....

I did a simple cut and paste of the workout above from the games site. I love the way it says "If you complete 21, go on to 24 to 27, etc..... If might as well have said "If you cure Cancer, start on the cure for AIDS...." It will be damn heroic if I get deep into the set of 12.

I not really sure what the best plan for this will be. I think I will stick to the same thing I did in the burpees and just try to be really steady for 7 mins. Don't come out too fast but keep the same pace throughout. Most everyone burned out quick in that WOD and I had a pretty decent score so we'll see if it pans out this time. Now I just have to decide if I want to do this Friday or Saturday. My hand is a little banged up so that will play into it and it also depends on which day Regina is willing to coach/yell at me. I always seem to perform better when I am around someone with Tourettes.....
