Sometimes you feel like a nut....
Monday - "Cindy".
20 minute AMRAP
15 air squats
Total - 15 rounds + 7 pushups
This thing will suck the life out of you if you let it. I pulled 15 rounds + 7 pushups out of this and truthfully was a little disappointed in that. I was hoping for 17+ but couldn't make it happen. It didn't help that Regina was yelling encouraging phrases like "What the fuck is up with those pushups?", "Fix that shit or I'll give you something to blog about!" and "Get your hips up! There's no one down there." In my defense, there never is....

Again, I left this one disappointed. I wore my lifting shoes and jumping in those things is damn near impossible for me. My dubs are way better than I showed in this one. If I could do it over, I would wear my Inov8's. I think I was also still a little distracted from all that "action" the rubber floor gave me the day before......

This was the first WOD this week I felt good about. It was probably because it started with burpees and I got to give that rubber floor what it's been asking for. In any event, I overachieved on those but really hit the wall by the end of the WOD. Regina & Travis think I am not getting enough fats in my diet and it's hurting my stamina. I told them that the rubber floor isn't complaining but I'll be happy to try more peanut butter and nuts in my diet if it will help. Y'all might want to buy stock in Smucker's cause I'm all in if it will help....
