So this happened today: 450# tire flips! A year ago I was struggling at 350# so I was stoked. Nothing like "light" work on a rest day.
Giving the tire my best badass stare. Hoping I can scare it into tipping over.

I also got in some overhead squats, back extensions, & PR'd "Annie" in 5:37. Life is good. I'm sure tomorrow will humble me like CrossFit has a way of doing but for now I am gonna relish making that tire my b*tch...
