- Big blister/tears on both hands
- Left butt cheek sore as hell
- Ass rash right where the lord split me
- Right shoulder pain
Either we had a killer WOD today or I had one fantastic weekend. Unfortunately it was the former. Yesterday we did:
"Mary"
20 minute AMRAP of:
5 Handstand push-ups
10 One legged squats (pistols)
15 Pull-ups
Total: 10 rounds + 5 HSPU = 305*
Post WOD Tabata of:
Abmat Sit-ups
Only count lowest score: 13
I put an (*) next to my score on the WOD because I modified the pistols and HSPU's. According to a few gym members who shall remain nameless, if you modify then you get an asterisk. If that's true then I am the Barry Bonds of CrossFit. I love a good modification or sub if possible. I used one pad for the handstands and plates for the pistols. I can't do pistols at all. I look like a disabled flamingo trying to squat on one leg. As for the pull-ups, I was wishing I could sub something easy but I couldn't think of an injury to come up with at the time. I have one now 'cause my hands are fried. I can usually do 100 pull-ups with no issues but both hands ripped at about the 130 mark. Regardless of the subs, I was pretty happy with ten plus rounds. It was the first time I have done "Mary" so I didn't really know what to expect. I guess I do now. A head to toe ass whoopin'.

Todays plan:
- Don't sit at work
- Stretch and do mobility
- Tell HR the "downward dog" I'm doing in the office is doctor prescribed
